Contact us

Email us at hello@offmainsdrainage.co.uk.

We read everything. We aim to reply within a few working days.

Good reasons to write

• A correction. Tell us the page and the source that shows we’re wrong.
• A directory listing. If you run an emptying or installation firm and your details are wrong or missing, tell us. Listings are free, and we check them against the Environment Agency’s waste carrier register where we can.
• A guide idea. A question we haven’t answered yet.

What we can’t do

We can’t diagnose your system by email, give legal advice or recommend a single firm. For a problem with your tank, contact a qualified engineer. If sewage is polluting a river or stream in England, report it to the Environment Agency.
